Gucci, Chloé, and Loewe interfered with the pricing policies of retailers by setting minimum sales prices for their products, negatively impacting consumer choice.

Fines and Violation Details

As a result of the investigations, a fine of 119 million 674 thousand euros was imposed on Gucci, 19 million 690 thousand euros on Chloé, and 18 million 9 thousand euros on Loewe. This situation has been evaluated as behavior that hinders competition in the industry.
