Pegasus (PGSUS) and Acquisition Agreement

Pegasus (PGSUS) has signed a contract with Prague City Air and Unimex Group to acquire all shares of Smartwings and its subsidiaries based in the Czech Republic. The acquisition price, including the receivables to be acquired, has been set at a total of 154 million euros.

ARD Bilişim (ARDYZ): New Contract

Active in the defense and security sector, ARD Bilişim (ARDYZ) has signed a private sector contract worth 2.49 million dollars for the “Server Hardware Supply” to be used by the AYESAŞ company.

Orge Enerji (ORGE) Contract Revision

Orge Enerji (ORGE) has increased the contract amount with the employer for the Gebze-Darıca Metro Project by 1.15 million euros, revising the total contract value to 3.84 million euros.

Ebebek (EBEBK) Sales Figures

Ebebek (EBEBK) reported selling 9,050,213 products through its stores and e-commerce channel in November. This number shows a significant increase from 7,711,790 units a year ago.

Gülermak (GLRMK) Contract Signing

Gülermak (GLRMK) has signed a contract with the General Directorate of Serbian Railways for the reconstruction and modernization of the Belgrade-Nis railway line.
