Pegasus (PGSUS) and Acquisition Agreement

Pegasus (PGSUS) has signed a contract with Prague City Air and Unimex Group to acquire 100% of the shares of the Czech Republic-based Smartwings and its affiliated companies. The acquisition price, along with the receivables to be acquired, has been set at a total of 154 million euros.

ARD Bilişim (ARDYZ): New Contract

ARD Bilişim (ARDYZ), operating in the defense and security sector, has signed a private sector contract worth 2.49 million dollars for the "Server Hardware Supply" business to be used by the company AYESAŞ.

Orge Enerji (ORGE) Contract Revision

Orge Enerji (ORGE) has increased the contract size with the employer for the Gebze-Darıca Metro Project by 1.15 million euros, revising the total contract value to 3.84 million euros.
