Pegasus (PGSUS) and Acquisition Agreement

Pegasus (PGSUS) has signed a contract with Prague City Air and Unimex Group to acquire 100% of the shares of Smartwings and its affiliated companies based in the Czech Republic. The acquisition price, including the receivables to be acquired, has been set at a total of 154 million euros.

ARD Bilişim (ARDYZ): New Contract

ARD Bilişim (ARDYZ), operating in the defense and security sector, has signed a special sector contract worth 2.49 million dollars for the "Server Hardware Supply" to be used at AYESAŞ.

Orge Enerji (ORGE) Contract Revision

Orge Enerji (ORGE) has revised the total contract value for the Gebze-Darıca Metro Project by increasing the contract size by 1.15 million euros, bringing the total contract value to 3.84 million euros.

Ebebek (EBEBK) Sales Figures
