Pegasus (PGSUS) and Acquisition Agreement

Pegasus (PGSUS) has signed a contract with Prague City Air and Unimex Group to purchase all shares of the Czech Republic-based Smartwings and its affiliated companies. The acquisition amount, including the receivables to be acquired, has been set at a total of 154 million euros.

ARD Bilişim (ARDYZ): New Contract

ARD Bilişim (ARDYZ) has signed a contract worth 2.49 million dollars for the “Server Hardware Supply” project to be used in the AYESAŞ company, operating in the defense and security sector.

Orge Enerji (ORGE) Contract Revision

Orge Enerji (ORGE) has revised the contract amount with the employer for the Gebze-Darıca Metro Project, increasing it by 1.15 million euros, bringing the total contract value to 3.84 million euros.

Ebebek (EBEBK) Sales Figures

Ebebek (EBEBK) announced that it sold 9,050,213 products through its stores and e-commerce channel in November. This figure shows a significant increase from 7,711,790 units a year ago.

Gülermak (GLRMK) Contract Signing

Gülermak (GLRMK) has signed a contract with the Serbian Railway Infrastructure Directorate for the reconstruction and modernization of the Belgrade-Nis railway line.

Global and Local Markets

In global markets, mixed trends are observed due to expectations of interest rate cuts from the US Federal Reserve.
