


According to the decision made by the Energy Market Regulatory Authority (EPDK) on October 30, 2025, the annual consumption limit for the residential consumer group has been set at 4,000 kWh starting from 2026. This regulation will come into effect on January 1, 2026.
Public institutions, local authorities, apartments, and residential sites, along with their common areas, will also be included in this tariff within the same consumer group.
The annual limit for temporary shelters, facilities used for water supply, and agricultural activities has been set at 150 million kWh, while this limit will be 15,000 kWh for other consumer groups.
Moreover, starting from the same date, a Coefficient Based Coefficient (CBC) of 1.05 will be determined for the residential consumer group, while 1.0938 will be set for other consumer groups. This important decision will be executed by the President of the Energy Market Regulatory Authority.
