A total of 104 billion dollars worth of long-dormant Bitcoin was spent in 2024 and 2025. This figure accounts for 78% of the total Bitcoin amount that has been moved after being held for five years or longer. As a result, there was a significant increase in liquidity in the cryptocurrency market.
