Vodafone's Growth Move with the Acquisition of Skaylink

Vodafone company in Britain announced that it will acquire the Skaylink firm, which operates in the field of digital transformation, for 175 million euros. This deal is seen as part of Vodafone's efforts to expand its service offerings.

With over 500 employees, Skaylink provides cloud application management on Microsoft and Amazon Web Services platforms and offers artificial intelligence solutions for corporate clients across Germany and Europe. This strategic move is expected to strengthen Vodafone's position in digital services.

The completion of the agreement is anticipated to be by the end of March 2026, subject to regulatory approvals.
