Vitalik Buterin: Ethereum Can Surpass Bitcoin's Limits

Turning Point for Ethereum

Ethereum co-founder Vitalik Buterin stated that the network is approaching an important turning point. The transition of PeerDAS and zkEVM systems from the research phase to the implementation phase forms the basis of this development.

Buterin emphasized that these upgrades aim to surpass the blockchain trilemma. At the same time, they aim to enhance decentralization, consensus, and bandwidth.

PeerDAS is currently active on the Ethereum mainnet. Meanwhile, zkEVM systems are at an advanced stage in terms of security and scalability.
