VakıfBank has signed a new financing transaction worth a total of 1 billion 22 million USD. This transaction was carried out within the framework of the Diversified Payment Rights – DPR Program based on overseas remittance flows.
Transaction Details
According to the announcement made on the Public Disclosure Platform (KAP), the total amount of this transaction consists of 524 million USD and 425 million Euro, divided into two tranches.
Investor Profile and Maturity Information
Notable information includes that the total of nine allocations provided under the DPR Program has maturities ranging from at least 5 years to a maximum of 10 years. The funding was obtained from international qualified institutional investors and correspondent banks.
