Uraloğlu examined the future of İyidere Logistics Port.

The Minister of Transport and Infrastructure, Abdulkadir Uraloğlu, visited the ongoing construction of the İyidere Logistics Port in Rize. This strategic investment aims to increase the trade potential of the Eastern Black Sea region. Minister Uraloğlu received detailed information about the current construction process of the port and the stages to be completed.

The location of İyidere Logistics Port is intended to facilitate maritime transport with the Caucasus and Central Asia, thereby strengthening trade relations. It is expected to become an important part of both local and international trade networks. Once the construction of the port is completed, it is aimed to contribute to more effective management of supply chains in the region.

Ministry officials emphasized that İyidere Logistics Port will provide significant advantages, particularly in the field of maritime transportation, greatly contributing to the economic development of the Eastern Black Sea. With the port becoming operational, new job opportunities are expected to be created, and the workforce in the region is anticipated to increase.
