Ulusoy Flour is now preparing to enter Spain after acquiring 85% of the Pastificio Mediterranea company in Italy. As part of this, it has made its initial non-binding offer for the Spanish company Cerealto Pasta VB3.

Aiming to Create Synergy with the Spanish Producer

The company stated in a written announcement to the Public Disclosure Platform (KAP) that the operations of Cerealto Foods S.L.’s Cerealto Pasta VB3, S.L.U. could align with Ulusoy Flour's pasta production goals.

Offer Process and Public Disclosure

At its meeting on June 30, 2025, the Ulusoy Flour Board of Directors decided to submit this offer to Cerealto Foods S.L. However, it was emphasized in the announcement that the public disclosure of this non-binding offer process has been postponed for transparency purposes.
