Turk Telekom's New Initiatives in TRNC

Turk Telekomünikasyon AŞ has taken an important step in Cyprus by establishing two new companies. Turk Telekom Kıbrıs Toptan Hizmetler Şirketi Limited, which was established under the name Turk Telekom Kıbrıs Toptan Hizmetler Şirketi Limited, is 99.99% owned by Türk Telekomünikasyon AŞ, while TTTNET AŞ holds 0.01% of the shares.

Individual and Wholesale Services

In addition, according to the July 10 announcement, Turk Telekom Cyprus Retail Company Limited has also been established. This company is owned 99.99% by TTNET AŞ and 0.01% by Türk Telekomünikasyon AŞ.

These new entities are part of Türk Telekom's growth strategy in the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus (TRNC).
