Trump Media Merged with TAE Technologies

Trump Media & Technology Group (DJT), the parent company of Truth Social, has reached an agreement for a stock merger valued at over $6 billion with TAE Technologies. This merger will redirect Trump Media from being a social media operator to focusing on clean energy and financial assets.

Expansion in the Crypto Space

Trump Media is also increasing its activities in the cryptocurrency space. A partnership with Crypto.com aimed at launching crypto-linked ETFs and creating a substantial crypto asset balance sheet with approximately $1.02 billion worth of 11,542 Bitcoins are examples of this expansion.
