Tom Lee Calls for Support for Stock Increase

Bitmine Immersion (BMNR) Chairman Tom Lee has called on shareholders to support the proposal to increase the authorized share count from 500 million to 50 billion.

Lee stated that the intended share increase is not aimed at diluting existing shares, but rather is intended for capital increase, facilitating agreements, and enabling future stock splits.

The deadline for shareholders to vote on this proposal has been set for January 14. The annual meeting will take place on January 15 in Las Vegas.
