Call for Support for Share Increase from Tom Lee

Tom Lee, Chairman of the Board of Bitmine Immersion (BMNR), has called on shareholders to support the proposal to increase the authorized share count from 500 million to 50 billion.

Lee stated that the proposed share increase does not aim to dilute current shares; rather, it is intended for capital increase, making deals, and facilitating future stock splits.

The deadline for shareholders to vote on this proposal is set for January 14. The annual meeting will be held on January 15 in Las Vegas.
