The Ministry of Trade issued inward processing permit certificates to 616 firms as of September. In this context, the processing permits have been granted to contribute to the development of trade by optimizing production and trade processes. These permits help increase competitiveness in the sector and assist firms in gaining strength in international markets.

According to the published data, in September, 11 firms were granted domestic sales and delivery permits, while 1 firm was defined for outward processing permission. These permits allow for trade activities in Turkey to be conducted in an orderly and transparent manner. Therefore, the issuance of these documents plays a critical role in enabling firms to compete more effectively in both domestic and international markets.

Furthermore, the decisions taken to regulate trade create a significant environment of trust among businesses operating in the industry and trade sectors. However, in a noteworthy development, it is reported that the inward processing permit certificates of 22 firms have been revoked upon request. This situation may stem from firms' inability to meet certain conditions or changes in their business processes.

The Ministry of Trade's regulations not only improve the business processes of firms but also contribute to Turkey's overall economic growth. Firms supported by these permit certificates becoming more competitive in various national and international markets increases the country’s trade potential. Therefore, the inward processing permits issued for 616 firms in September are regarded as an important step towards Turkey’s economic development goals.
