PALO ALTO, California & LONDON, November 19, 2025 – SymphonyAI will participate in the United Kingdom's Financial Conduct Authority's (FCA) new Supercharged Sandbox program. This initiative allows companies to develop and test advanced Artificial Intelligence technologies using NVIDIA accelerated computing in a regulated environment.
SymphonyAI Financial Services was selected based on evaluations of innovation potential, technical feasibility, and regulatory impact. The program will take place from September 2025 to January 2026, providing a structured environment for the safe experimentation of next-generation artificial intelligence use cases.
During this process, SymphonyAI will develop the concept of an artificial intelligence agent supported by small language models and reinforcement learning. If successful, these innovations will be integrated into SymphonyAI’s smart financial services agenda, helping financial institutions accelerate risk detection, improve compliance processes, and reduce research times.
Jason Shane, Head of Product, Strategy, and Innovation at SymphonyAI, said, “SymphonyAI is at the forefront of AI innovation in regulated industries.” He added, “Our participation in the FCA’s sandbox program reinforces our leadership in the financial services sector and our commitment to developing responsible, explainable innovation. By directly integrating these next-generation learnings into our artificial intelligence agents, we are providing customers with the fastest and safest access to advanced AI capabilities.”
SymphonyAI aims to develop new Artificial Intelligence innovations that will benefit the financial crime risk and compliance community; accelerate the integration of next-generation artificial intelligence agent capabilities; and create reliable and explainable Artificial Intelligence innovations in collaboration with FCA and industry partners.
The 12-week program will conclude with showcase days on January 28-29, 2026, in London. During these days, participants will present their innovations to regulators, financial institutions, academia, consulting firms, and government representatives.
