Important Management Appointments from Stellantis

Stellantis NV aims to accelerate its future growth objectives through new appointments in its leadership team.

Stellantis, which is undergoing a major reorganization, has included new members in its management team as part of the preparations for its updated strategy to be presented next year.

Strategic Appointments in the First Phase

Emanuele Cappellano has been appointed as the leader of Stellantis Pro One and Expanded Europe, as well as President of European Brands. Additionally, Jean-Philippe Imparato, who will continue to serve as CEO of Maserati, will also focus on Stellantis & You projects to enhance the brand’s performance.

Herlander Zola will take over Cappellano's position as President of the South America Region, while Samir Cherfan will continue to hold the positions of President of Middle East-Africa and Micro-Mobility, joining the Stellantis Leadership Team.

New Names in Asia-Pacific and China

Gregoire Olivier, who has been serving as the Head of China Strategy, will now take on a new role as President of China and the Asia-Pacific Region.

Starting November 1, Francesco Ciancia will return from Mercedes-Benz to begin his role as Global Head of Production at Stellantis. On the same date, Arnaud Deboeuf will leave the company in search of new opportunities.

CEO's Statement

Stellantis CEO Antonio Filosa stated that the new appointments are strategic steps for the company's future successes, saying, "We are further strengthening our regional focus; we are bringing talented individuals from both inside and outside to leadership positions."
