SPK Approves Capital Increase for Seven Stock Exchange Companies

Yükselen Çelik will increase its current capital of 250 million TL to 500 million TL with a 250 million TL paid capital increase to be carried out through a public offering.

Tuğçelik Alüminyum (#TUCLK)

Tuğçelik will increase its current capital from 180 million TL to 360 million TL with a %100 paid increase.

Kontrolmatik (#KONTR)

Kontrolmatik will increase its capital from 650 million TL by 100% to 1 billion 300 million TL.

Free Capital Increases

DMR Unlu Mamuller (#DMRG)

DMR Unlu Mamuller will increase its current capital of 185 million 300 thousand TL to 1 billion 482 million 400 thousand TL entirely from internal resources.

Bor Şeker (#BORSK)

Bor Şeker will increase its current capital of 240 million TL to 960 million TL with a %300 free capital increase. This increase will be entirely funded from internal resources.

Ensari Sınai Yatırımlar (#ENSRI)

Ensari Sınai Yatırımlar will carry out a free capital increase of 429 million 200 thousand TL entirely funded from internal resources. After the operation, the company's capital will reach 546 million TL.

Marmaris Altınyunus received approval for its allocated capital increase application. The company will increase its issued capital of 6,967,091 TL within a registered capital ceiling of 2,000,000,000 TL. The new share acquisition rights will be entirely restricted, and it will be sold to Koç Holding AŞ for 1,600,000,000 TL.
