4 Companies Approved for Capital Increase by SPK

In its weekly bulletin, the Capital Markets Board of Turkey (SPK) approved the capital increase requests of four significant companies, attracting the attention of investors. Selva Gıda Sanayi AŞ received approval for a paid capital increase worth a total of 585 million lira, Orçay Ortaköy Çay Sanayi ve Ticaret AŞ for a 160 million lira paid increase, and Tatlıpınar Enerji Üretim AŞ for a 841.5 million lira unpaid capital increase request. Additionally, the unpaid capital increase of 542.5 million lira for Tera Yatırım Menkul Değerler AŞ was accepted.

These approvals aim to enhance the financial strength of the respective companies and improve their competitiveness in the markets. It is noted that the capital increases are significant steps aligned with the companies' growth strategies. For both local and international investors, these developments hold the potential to create opportunities in the upcoming period.

At the same time, the SPK also approved the issuance of debt instruments for various companies. Approval was granted for Reysaş Taşımacılık ve Lojistik for 2 billion lira, Forte Bilgi İletişim Teknolojileri ve Savunma Sanayi AŞ for 1 billion lira, Anadolu Efes Biracılık ve Malt Sanayii AŞ for 10 billion lira, İş Faktoring for 9 billion 430 million lira, and Hedef Araç Kiralama ve Servis AŞ for 7 billion lira in debt issuance requests.

From other companies, debt issuance requests were approved for Çamsan Entegre Ağaç Sanayi ve Ticaret AŞ for 2 billion lira, BFL Filo Kiralama ve Otomotiv Ticaret AŞ for 260 million lira, Aktif Yatırım Bankası for 100 million dollars, and Çelik Motor for 2 billion lira. These developments play a significant role in strengthening the financing processes of companies and helping them achieve their growth targets.
