


The Capital Markets Board (CMB) approved the capital increase applications of a total of four companies in its most recently published weekly bulletin. Of these companies, two will carry out a paid capital increase, while the other two will perform a free capital increase. These moves stand out as part of the companies' growth strategies.
Selva Gıda will raise its current capital of 468,000,000 TL to a total of 1,053,000,000 TL by increasing it 585,000,000 TL on a paid basis with the approval of the CMB. The company aims to strengthen its market position with this increase.
Another company, Orçay Ortaköy Çay, will conduct a paid capital increase of 160,000,000 TL through a public offering method. Following this transaction, Orçay’s capital will increase from 80,000,000 TL to 240,000,000 TL. This increase will significantly contribute to the company's growth and expansion plans.
Tatlıpınar Enerji Üretim will raise its current capital of 280,500,000 TL to a total of 1,122,000,000 TL through a free capital increase of 841,500,000 TL financed from internal resources. The company will leverage these resources to further strengthen its investment strategies.
One of the last approvals of the week is for Tera Yatırım Menkul Değerler. With a free capital increase worth 542,500,000 TL, the company will raise its capital from 157,500,000 TL to 700,000,000 TL. This increase will allow Tera to effectively utilize its internal resources to achieve its growth targets.
