The Capital Markets Board of Turkey (SPK) included significant developments in its weekly bulletin. Approval has been granted for the debt instrument issuance applications of 10 companies. The relevant companies and the initially approved amounts are as follows:
SPK also announced that it approved the management contract-based lease certificate issuance applications for Emlak Varlık Kiralama AŞ for 6 billion lira and Hedef Varlık Kiralama AŞ for 1 billion lira.
The Board also granted permission for the establishment of two new pension funds of Anadolu Hayat Emeklilik AŞ. The funds are designated as Anadolu Participation Equity Pension Investment Fund and Anadolu Lease Certificates Participation Pension Investment Fund.
The application for mediation in the public offering of Destek Investment Securities AŞ was positively received, while it was decided to take legal action for blocking access to 13 websites.
