Securitize is preparing to launch a fully onchain trading platform for actual public company shares in early 2026. This innovative platform will allow investors to directly own and trade tokenized shares.

Legal Ownership and Shareholder Rights

The new platform provides full legal ownership with shares recorded onchain. Investors will have real shareholder rights and will be able to hold their own assets.

24/7 Trading and Pricing

Trading will take place 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. During transactions, prices will be tied to major exchanges within U.S. stock market hours. Outside of market hours, an automated market maker mechanism will determine prices.
