Hacı Ömer Sabancı Holding A.Ş. (SAHOL) announced in a statement made to the Public Disclosure Platform (KAP) that it has taken an important step towards increasing the current registered capital ceiling to 10 billion TL. The holding aims to both raise the ceiling and extend its duration through an application to the Capital Markets Board (SPK).

Application Details

In the notification dated January 16, 2026, necessary steps have been taken to increase the registered capital ceiling to 10,000,000,000 TL and to extend the ceiling period until the end of 2030. General Assembly Process

It is planned that the proposed changes will be submitted for the evaluation of shareholders at the first General Assembly meeting after obtaining approval from the Capital Markets Board and the Ministry of Trade. Following the completion of these processes, the holding aims to include the arrangements in the agenda of the General Assembly for approval.

Financial Growth Objectives

This step by Sabancı Holding aims to enhance the company’s financial growth objectives as well as to increase investor confidence. The increase in the capital ceiling will enable the holding to respond more effectively to market conditions and support strategic investments.
