


Sabancı Holding (SAHOL) announced that it received a binding offer for its 39.72% stake in Akçansa (AKCNS). This offer was made by an unrelated third party and was evaluated based on a company value of $1.1 billion.

Yesterday, Akçansa shares reached their upper limit and drew attention, starting today at the same level. As of 10:03 AM, AKCNS shares increased by 9.99%, trading at 202.50 TL. At the same time, Sabancı Holding shares were also priced at 103.90 TL with a 2.68% increase.
