Important Merger Approvals from the Competition Authority

The Competition Authority has made decisions on significant merger applications on its official website. It was decided that no permission is required for the acquisition of a portion of the shares of Polyak Eynez Energy Production Mining Industry and Trade Inc. by Qitaihe Longcoal Mining Co Ltd's subsidiary Qitaihe Long Coal Mining Industry Trade Ltd.

Turkish Airlines and Thai Airways Partnership

According to the Co-operation Agreement signed between Turkish Airlines Inc. and Thai Airways International Public Company Limited, individual exemptions are determined to be granted for a period of 3 years from the start of implementation. This period may be extended for an additional 2 years upon mutual agreement of the parties.
