Poland's lower house has re-approved the crypto regulation bill that was previously vetoed by President Nawrocki and sent it to the Senate for discussion.
This law has been prepared in accordance with the European Union's MiCA (Regulation on Markets in Crypto-Assets). However, it has faced criticism due to the additional powers granted to the Polish Financial Supervisory Authority.
Prime Minister Tusk's government has emphasized the importance of this law for the oversight of the national crypto market by resubmitting it without any changes.
