XPL token has lost more than 80% of its value since September. It experienced another drop of 13.6% in just one day, putting it at risk of being removed from the top 100 cryptocurrencies.

Performance of Plasma Chain

Plasma chain claims to be able to process 1,000 transactions per second, yet the current transaction speed remains at only 14.9 TPS (transactions per second). Additionally, aside from a lending pool worth $676 million, there is limited utility. No significant benefits are expected until the staking operations begin in 2026.
