NVIDIA will invest 1 billion dollars in Nokia!

Nokia Corporation made a historic announcement on October 28, 2025. The company will make a total 1.0 billion USD (approximately 0.86 billion EUR) stock investment as part of a new strategic partnership with NVIDIA Corporation.

As part of the investment, NVIDIA will purchase Nokia's new shares at a price of 6.01 USD (approximately 5.16 EUR). As a result of this transaction, NVIDIA will hold approximately 2.90% of Nokia's shares.

Nokia aims to accelerate its plans to develop reliable connectivity technologies and align with the AI (Artificial Intelligence) supercycle with the revenue obtained from this investment. Additionally, necessary investments will be made to run 5G and 6G RAN software on NVIDIA architecture.

This partnership is expected to create significant value for both companies. Nokia will collaborate with NVIDIA on AI-related solutions and explore opportunities to integrate Nokia's data center switching and optical technologies into NVIDIA's future artificial intelligence infrastructure.
