Norwegian Fund Supports Bitcoin for Metaplanet

The Norwegian Sovereign Fund has approved all five proposals ahead of the Extraordinary General Meeting scheduled for December 22, aimed at supporting Metaplanet's Bitcoin strategy.

These proposals involve perpetual preferred shares and expand the capital flexibility options to support Bitcoin accumulation. Thus, Metaplanet will be able to pursue a longer-term strategy in its goal to increase Bitcoin savings.
