Microsoft and Nvidia Make Significant Investment in AI Initiative

American tech giants Microsoft and Nvidia have made a significant move in the field of artificial intelligence by pledging a total of 15 billion dollars in investment to Anthropic PBC. With this investment, Microsoft will contribute 10 billion dollars, while Nvidia will add 5 billion dollars.

Strategic Collaboration and Cloud Services

The announcement of the investment was made jointly by Anthropic CEO Dario Amodei, Microsoft CEO Satya Nadella, and Nvidia CEO Jensen Huang. This strategic partnership brings Anthropic even closer to its competitor OpenAI's biggest supporters.

As part of the agreement, Anthropic will purchase 30 billion dollars worth of computing capacity from Microsoft's Azure cloud services, and may also lease additional capacity in this area.

“We Will Become Each Other's Customers”

In a statement, Satya Nadella said, "We will increasingly become each other's customers. We will use Anthropic's models, and they will use our infrastructure, and we will go to market together." Nadella noted that this collaboration will proceed in harmony with the partnership with OpenAI.

Anthropic's Growth and Market Value

Founded in 2021 by former employees of OpenAI, Anthropic announced in September that it raised 13 billion dollars with a valuation of 183 billion dollars, reaching 300,000 corporate customers. Additionally, following its agreement with Google, it expects a significant increase in computing capacity, with the total value of this agreement being said to be in the billions of dollars.

After the current agreements, Anthropic's market value has risen to 350 billion dollars.
