The increase in trading volume transformed into the highest share of all time within centralized exchange (CEX) volume. KuCoin exhibited a faster expansion than the total centralized exchange volume during periods of reduced market volatility.

The volume of spot and derivatives trading was evenly distributed, with each surpassing $500 billion for the year. This indicates that they are not dependent on a single product line and showcases the diversity of the products they offer.

Altcoins constituted the majority of transaction activity, reinforcing KuCoin's role as a significant liquidity point outside of Bitcoin and Ethereum. It was observed that the trading volume of main assets remained more limited during this period.

Even during periods when overall crypto volumes decreased mid-year, KuCoin maintained a high level of fundamental activity, demonstrating that user engagement was structurally higher. This reveals a user loyalty that extends beyond short-term trading volume increases.
