KTLEV's participation bank establishment was approved by BDDK in December 2024. Özcan expressed that they anticipate a significant increase in profitability by the end of 2025 and predict that growth rates will remain at similar levels to previous quarters. He particularly highlighted high growth targets in exports and retail banking.
KTLEV plans to rapidly grow and reach its target of 110-120 branches. In this context, it aims to expand its service network through new branch openings.
The acquisition of KTLEV's banking operation license is considered an important development for investors. The progress of the process and the opportunities that arise from it are being closely monitored. Therefore, it would be beneficial for investors to keep track of the developments.
