The crypto sector is finally entering a new era with two permanent and crypto-friendly chairs at the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) and the Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC).

With the appointment of these two chairs, it is notable that there is no opposition from the Democrats. However, the lack of sufficient personnel in the regulatory commissions is considered a major issue in the discussions being held by Senate Democrats regarding the crypto market structure bill.

On the other hand, with the departure of the only Democrat from the SEC last week, Caroline Crenshaw, a significant change has occurred within the commission.
