SuperX Takes a Strong Step with Ken Lau

SuperX AI Technology Limited (NASDAQ: SUPX) announced the appointment of Ken Lau as the Chief Strategy Officer (CSO) and a member of the Executive Committee of the Company. Lau will also serve as the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the Singapore subsidiary, SuperX Industries Pte. Ltd. This appointment will take effect on December 1, 2025.

Ken Lau has deep experience in the semiconductor and server sectors with a career spanning half a century in engineering. His appointment is viewed as a significant step towards establishing a robust and high-efficiency global supply chain for SuperX. Lau will directly manage the operations of SuperX Industries and lead the Company's long-term strategic planning.

Lau aims to accelerate the mass production of SuperX’s modular AI data center solutions by establishing in-depth collaborations with top-tier OEM, ODM, and ecosystem partners.

Having served as the General Manager of Intel Corporation in Taiwan for 26 years, Lau will create a vital link between Silicon Valley innovations and Taiwan's manufacturing. During this time, he played a key role in significant projects that integrated advanced U.S. technology chips with Taiwan's advanced manufacturing capabilities.

Throughout his career at Intel, Lau managed a workforce of over 1,500 professionals and strategically guided the relocation of Intel’s server reference design to Taiwan. He also led the establishment of the Asia-Pacific data center engineering and customer support infrastructure, optimizing cost structures and system integration efficiency.

Under Lau’s leadership, SuperX plans to establish strategic partnerships that bring together all components of the industrial value chain, aiming for Taiwan to become a global AI server manufacturing hub. Lau also has a vision for next-generation AI-based products and Large Language Models (LLM).

One of his previous roles was as the CEO of an AI ASIC chip startup named Neuchips, where he gained deep experience in the commercialization of AI computing and technology. Dr. Chenhong Huang, the new Chairman and CEO of SuperX, expressed his great happiness to have Lau on the SuperX Executive Team.
