SuperX Takes a Strong Step with Ken Lau

SuperX AI Technology Limited (NASDAQ: SUPX) announced the appointment of Ken Lau as the Chief Strategy Officer (CSO) and Member of the Executive Committee of the Company. Lau will also serve as the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the Company’s Singapore subsidiary, SuperX Industries Pte. Ltd.. This appointment will take effect on December 1, 2025.

Ken Lau has a deep background in the semiconductor and server industries, with a career spanning half a century in engineering. His appointment is considered a significant step towards establishing a robust and highly efficient global supply chain for SuperX. Lau will directly manage the operations of SuperX Industries and lead the Company’s long-term strategic planning.

By establishing in-depth collaborations with top OEM, ODM, and ecosystem partners, Lau aims to accelerate the mass production of SuperX’s modular AI data center solutions.

Lau will create a vital link that combines Silicon Valley innovations with Taiwan production, having served as the General Manager of Intel Corporation in Taiwan for 26 years. During this time, he contributed to significant projects by merging advanced U.S. technology chips with Taiwan’s manufacturing capabilities.

Throughout his career at Intel, Lau managed a workforce of over 1,500 professionals and strategically guided the transition of Intel's server reference design to Taiwan. He also led the development of the Asia-Pacific data center engineering and customer support infrastructure, optimizing cost structures and system integration efficiency.

SuperX, under Lau's leadership, plans to establish strategic partnerships that bring together all components of the industrial value chain in pursuit of Taiwan's goal of becoming a global AI server manufacturing hub. Lau is also visionary in the realm of AI-based next-generation products and Large Language Models (LLM).

One of his previous roles was as the CEO of an AI ASIC chip startup called Neuchips, where he gained deep expertise in the commercialization of AI computing and technology. Dr. Chenhong Huang, the new Chairman and CEO of SuperX, expressed great pleasure in having Lau in the SuperX Executive Team.
