Important Sales Move from İş Bankası

İş Bankası (ISCTR.IS) announced that it has sold its shares in the Greeneco geothermal power plant operator, in which it held a notable 50% stake, to its subsidiary İş Enerji Yatırımları.

Sales Price and Payment Plan

The total value determined for half of the Greeneco shares in 2023 was announced as 130 million dollars. However, according to the latest sales agreement, the sales price for these shares has been set at 100 million dollars.

The first 20 million dollars of the sales price was collected immediately, while the remaining balance will be paid in 2026.
