İş Bankası sold Greeneco Shares to İş Energy Investments.

Important Sales Move from İş Bankası

İş Bankası (ISCTR.IS) announced that it has sold its shares in Greeneco, a geothermal power plant operator where it held a 50% stake in 2023, to its subsidiaries, İş Enerji Yatırımları.

Sale Price and Payment Plan

The total value determined for half of the Greeneco shares in 2023 was announced as 130 million dollars. However, according to the latest sales agreement, the sale price for these stakes has been set at 100 million dollars.

The first 20 million dollars of the sale price has been collected immediately, while the remaining balance will be paid in 2026.
