Iozera has signed an agreement to acquire a fully operational 4.5 megawatt data center in Houston, Texas. The facility will be modernized and transformed into a 10 megawatt capacity, AI-ready multi-tenant center. This step represents the first of a network of AI factories that offer real-time inference and adjustment capabilities.

The Houston site, powered by NVIDIA Blackwell GPUs, will support advanced workloads for AI applications and facilitate the transition of organizations from experimental phases to production scale.

The model of Iozera represents a new computing evolution known as AI as a Service (AIaaS). In this model, infrastructure, intelligence, and human expertise work together as a single system. Each Iozera data center functions as an AI factory, combining high-density GPU clusters with specialized human expertise to manage, label, and improve all production models.

Unlike traditional cloud providers, Iozera offers fully managed AI pipelines to businesses, governments, and corporations, taking on the processes of model development, deployment, and fine-tuning. By operating within large population centers, Iozera executes these workloads close to customer data sources, minimizing latency and increasing control.

The facility in Houston will deliver ultra-dense and sustainable performance of 140 kW per rack through ZutaCore HyperCool®, a liquid cooling technology that uses no water directly on the chip. Schneider Electric will provide technical expertise in value engineering and system optimization to support Iozera’s AI factory design. Pegatron will serve as the primary source for GPU servers, enhancing the company's capacity to deploy high-performance, energy-efficient data centers.

Houston is supported by the Texas Medical Center (TMC), the largest medical complex in the world, which hosts over 60 member organizations, including MD Anderson, Texas Children's, and Houston Methodist. It is rapidly becoming a remarkable center for high-quality clinical data, research expertise, and decision-making capability. Over the past year, more than $3 billion in new technology investments have been announced.

The Kriss.ai health platform from Iozera is used in hospitals and clinics around the world, supporting the development of AI-driven, human-centered care and clinical safety.

Iozera’s AIaaS infrastructure feeds an investment portfolio that spans from healthcare to digital interaction. In collaboration with MCV Group, AI-based monetization platforms called AI Mate and Kickit.ai are being developed, combining emotional intelligence with scalable data-driven interactions. These initiatives highlight Iozera’s efforts to bridge computing with commercial and cultural intelligence ecosystems.

The AI industry is now shifting from model development to scaled deployment, and Iozera’s strategy to transform existing services meets this transformation. The facility in Houston operates on a short-term lease within an existing structure, while new constructions are expected to take years; Iozera offers a faster path by converting active infrastructures into AI factories.

Iozera invites AI developers, investors, and corporate clients to participate in upcoming exploration sessions to discover collaboration opportunities.

Iozera is a technology company offering AI as a Service (AIaaS) and is transforming legacy data centers into modular, liquid-cooled AI factories.
