Inveniam Enhances Data Infrastructure by Acquiring Storj

Inveniam Capital Partners is integrating Storj into its data and artificial intelligence platform by acquiring the decentralized cloud infrastructure. This move aims to strengthen data management in private markets.

Storj will continue to maintain its independence after the acquisition. There will be no changes in product pricing, leadership structure, or service contracts. Storj CEO Colby Winegar will continue in his role, while Ben Golub will join the Inveniam board of directors.
