The number of cryptocurrency holders in the UK has dropped from 7 million to 4.5 million. However, during this period, the average cryptocurrency value held by investors has increased. Nevertheless, awareness of cryptocurrencies remains at a level of 91 percent.

Another noteworthy point is that the proportion of cryptocurrency ownership among the adult population has decreased from 12 percent to 8 percent. This situation highlights the fluctuations in cryptocurrency ownership.

The most popular cryptocurrencies among investors are Bitcoin and Ethereum. 70 percent of users hold Bitcoin, while 35 percent hold Ethereum.
