Issuance of Lease Certificates by the Ministry of Treasury and Finance

The Ministry of Treasury and Finance announced a significant financial step with the issuance of lease certificates with a 2-year maturity. In a statement on its official website, the Ministry reported a total sale of 17 billion 782 million 910 thousand lira in lease certificates.

Certificate Details

The issued lease certificate is indexed to TLREFK, with a value date of November 19, 2025 and a maturity date of November 17, 2027. This issuance is considered an important step to meet Turkey's financing needs and to ensure economic stability.

Sales Information and Transaction Process

Detailed sales amounts for banks and public institutions entitled to purchase lease certificates will be communicated via the Central Bank's Payment Systems Auction System. This will ensure that the process is conducted in a transparent and orderly manner.
