One of Turkey's leading textile manufacturers, Gümüşoğlu Tekstil, continues its IPO processes under the leadership of Garanti BBVA Investment Securities with its strong export identity and Voxx Carpet brand. The company announced the draft prospectus submitted to the Capital Markets Board (CMB) on its websites at gumusoglutekstil.com.tr and garantibbvayatirim.com.tr.

Integrated Structure and Export-Oriented Vision

Founded in 2002, Gümüşoğlu Tekstil Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş. operates in an integrated facility of 141,205 square meters in Gaziantep 5th Organized Industrial Zone, producing yarn, carpet, rug, and floor coverings. The company stands out as one of the rare and significant players in the sector with an annual production capacity of approximately 20 million square meters of tufted carpet. With the Voxx Carpet brand launched in 2017, the company continues its branding journey in the global market without slowing down.

Export Successes and Market Performance

Gümüşoğlu Tekstil exports a large portion of its products to over 30 countries through its subsidiary Gümüşoğlu İç ve Dış Ticaret Ltd. Şti.. The company has a solid presence, especially in the Middle East and Africa markets, ranking 13th in the textile sector and 778th overall in the Turkey Exporters Assembly's 2024 Top 1,000 Exporters list.
