Formula Plastics Gong Ceremony at Borsa İstanbul

Formula Plastics and Metal Industry Inc. made its debut in the capital markets with the ringing of the first gong at Borsa İstanbul, drawing on over 30 years of experience in the plastic pipe and fitting sector. The demand collection process, led by İntegral Investment and Ziraat Investment, was successfully completed on January 7-8-9, and starting from January 15, 2026, the company began trading on the Borsa İstanbul Main Market under the code #FRMPL.

High Attendance at the Gong Ceremony

The gong ceremony was held with the participation of Korkmaz Ergun, General Manager of Borsa İstanbul A.Ş., Haydar Şahin, Chairman of the Board of Formula Plastics, Vice Chairman of the Board Fahri Kumbul, board members, and many distinguished guests, symbolizing a new beginning. Ergun emphasized the future potential of Formula Plastics, stating, “Our industrial sector is the backbone of our economy and growth. Today, we are bringing a valuable industrialist, distinguished by his production power, together with our markets.”

Fahri Kumbul pointed out that starting to trade on Borsa İstanbul marks a historic turning point for the company. Highlighting their significant positions in the sector for over 30 years, he noted that they have hundreds of main dealers and tens of thousands of sub-dealers and customers both domestically and internationally. “With our understanding of quality and the solutions we offer, we have gained a strong reputation in all markets,” he stated.

New Factory Investments

Kumbul mentioned, “We are planning to commission two new factories,” indicating that there will be developments that investors will closely monitor during this process. He expressed that going public is not just a financing tool but a step that will enhance the company's transparency, stating that Formula Plastics will continue to move forward in a more corporate structure and in a more transparent manner in the future. “When the eyes are turned to us, we want to appear as clear and transparent as water, air, and glass,” reinforcing their understanding of reliability.
