Fenerbahçe Extraordinary General Assembly Held

Fenerbahçe Sports Club held an Extraordinary General Assembly Meeting at an important turning point. The meeting was attended by Club President Sadettin Saran, members of the board of directors, and congress members. The agenda items included granting authority to the board of directors regarding the rental of the club’s real estate, acquisition of new real estate, development of projects, and processes related to corporatization.

Significant Authorities Granted

Among the items voted on at the meeting, granting authority to the board of directors for the acquisition of real estate from public institutions and organizations for the purposes of the club was also included. Furthermore, authority was granted to the board of directors for transactions related to revenue sharing with Emlak Konut GYO A.Ş. A total of five items were accepted by a majority vote, and these decisions are considered critically important for the future of the club.

President Saran's Evaluation

In statements made after the meeting, Sadettin Saran thanked the congress members for their support. Saran stated, "Today, very important decisions were made for our club. We quickly distributed duties and are analyzing the current situation of the club in detail." He emphasized the importance of ensuring sustainability in financial and administrative structures.

Sponsor Agreements and Social Responsibility Projects

Saran mentioned that they have entered a new agreement process with Passolig, saying, "This agreement is an important development in terms of increasing the value of the Fenerbahçe brand." He also announced that they will support a school project at every away game of the football team and provide stationery assistance to students.

Speaking about future goals, Saran said, "Fenerbahçe’s rise to the top will only be possible not only with the quality of the squad but also with proper planning and a strong management. We are taking the necessary steps to increase stability." Saran stressed that criticisms are important, but the club should be strengthened as a whole.
