President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan made important statements at the TİSK 29th Regular General Assembly held at ATO Congresium.

Justice in Worker and Employer Relations

Erdoğan stated, “The relationship between workers and employers is based on the axis of rights and justice. A system where no one is victimized is a priority for all of us,” and called on employers to take responsibility regarding the minimum wage.

Minimum Wage Determination Commission Meeting

Erdoğan said, “Tomorrow, the Minimum Wage Determination Commission will hold its first meeting. I expect TİSK, which represents employers on the commission, to put their hands under the stone.” This statement highlighted the importance of the role of employers in the process of determining the minimum wage.
