The Ministry of Treasury and Finance detailed the cash transactions for the October 2023 period. According to the announced figures, the Treasury's cash revenues amounted to 1 trillion 138 billion 210 million TL, while cash expenditures were determined to be 1 trillion 334 billion 189 million TL.

Cash Balance and Non-Interest Expenditures

In this context, the Treasury's cash balance showed a deficit of 195 billion 879 million TL. Additionally, non-interest expenditures occurred at 1 trillion 174 billion 234 million TL, while interest payments stood at 159 billion 855 million TL.

Non-Interest Balance Situation

The non-interest balance of the Treasury has a deficit of 36 billion 25 million TL. These developments are among the important indicators that affect the state’s financial situation and future economic policies.
