European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) has raised its 2025 growth forecast for the Turkey economy from 2.8 percent to 3.1 percent.
The bank said Turkey could capitalize on its current economic strengths as the economic situation in the region improves. However, they also emphasized that market volatility and uncertainty remain a risk factor.
According to the Regional Economic Prospects report published by the EBRD, the growth forecast for the Turkish economy in 2026 remains unchanged at 3.5 percent.
