President Erdoğan Announced 2026 as the Year of Reform

President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan made significant statements during his party's group meeting. He emphasized that 2026 will be a year of reform for Turkey, announcing innovative projects that will be undertaken nationwide that year.

Reconstruction Process After Disasters

Erdoğan stated that their priority for 2025 is the reconstruction of the earthquake-affected areas. “We are not only building homes and workplaces, but we are also building hopes,” he said. He emphasized that 455 thousand disaster housing units will be delivered to their owners by the end of the year, expressing, “We are living the pride of keeping our promise to our earthquake-affected brothers and sisters.”

2026 Budget: 19 Trillion Lira

Furthermore, Erdoğan made evaluations regarding the central government budget, wishing that the 2026 budget, approaching 19 trillion lira, will be beneficial for our country and our nation. He stated that this budget was prepared with the aim of increasing the welfare of 86 million people, saying, “We are moving forward with a people-centered production and export-oriented design.”
